ABA Therapy

At Pair With ABA, LLC, we specialize in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children, designed to enhance their lives by teaching essential skills and reducing challenging behaviors. Our services are tailored to meet the unique needs of each child and support their overall development.

Our ABA therapy services for children include:

  1. Individualized Treatment Plans: We conduct thorough assessments to understand each child's strengths, areas of improvement, and unique behavioral patterns. Based on these assessments, we design personalized treatment plans that target socially significant behaviors, such as communication, social skills, self-care, play, and academics.

  2. Skill Acquisition Programs: We create programs to teach new skills in a structured and systematic manner. These skills range from basic (such as toileting and dressing) to complex (such as social interaction and problem-solving).

  3. Behavior Reduction Programs: We utilize evidence-based strategies to reduce challenging behaviors, such as tantrums, aggression, or self-injury. Our interventions aim at understanding the purpose of these behaviors and teaching more appropriate replacement behaviors.

  4. Parent Training: We believe in the power of collaboration and provide training for parents and caregivers. This training equips them with the strategies and tools necessary to support their child's progress and generalization of skills across environments.

  5. Social Skills Groups: For children who can benefit from peer interaction, we offer social skills groups to foster their social understanding and interaction abilities.

  6. School Consultation: We collaborate with schools to ensure the child's ABA treatment goals are being supported in the educational setting.

Our team of dedicated ABA professionals is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of the children we serve. We work collaboratively with families, schools, and other service providers to create the most effective and comprehensive treatment approach. We are committed to upholding the highest standards of ethical practice and continuously monitor progress to ensure the best outcomes.

Intake Process

At Pair With ABA, LLC, we've designed an efficient and comprehensive intake process to ensure that we fully understand the needs of each client and can provide the best possible service. Here's a step-by-step guide to our ABA intake process:

  1. Initial Contact: Our intake process begins when a parent or caregiver reaches out to us. During this initial contact, we gather basic information about the child, including age, diagnosis, current challenges, and goals for therapy. This is also an opportunity for families to ask questions about our services and ABA therapy.

  2. Intake Assessment: If the family decides to move forward, we schedule an intake assessment. This involves an in-depth interview with the family and direct observation of the child. The assessment helps us understand the child's strengths, areas of improvement, and specific behavioral concerns.

  3. Review of Documents: We review any relevant documents such as previous evaluations, IEPs, or reports from other service providers. This review helps us gain a complete picture of the child's history and current situation.

  4. Development of Initial Treatment Plan: Based on the intake assessment and document review, our team develops an initial treatment plan. This plan includes specific, measurable goals and outlines the strategies we'll use to address each goal.

  5. Feedback Session: We meet with the family to discuss the initial treatment plan. We value input from families and aim to ensure they feel comfortable with and understand the treatment plan.

  6. Insurance Authorization: If the family agrees with the treatment plan, we then seek authorization from the insurance company to start services. The time this takes can vary depending on the insurance company.

  7. Assignment of ABA Team: Once we receive authorization, we assign a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Behavior Technicians to the case. The BCBA supervises the case and the Behavior Technicians work directly with the child.

  8. Start of Services: With the team in place and the treatment plan approved, we then begin providing ABA therapy services.

Throughout the entire process, our focus is on making the transition as smooth as possible for the family. We're always available to answer questions, address concerns, and provide support
